Why we started

Every enterprise had the same problem.

Nexora Labs is a New Zealand-based AI solutions provider building voice and chat AI for regulated enterprise. When we started looking at enterprise customer support in 2026, every business we talked to had the same story: customers wanted to talk to a person, but human agents could not scale to demand, and existing automation could not hold a conversation.

IVR systems frustrated callers. Chatbots gave canned responses. Outsourced contact centres lost context between channels. Nothing felt like talking to a real, informed person.

We thought conversational AI had reached a point where this could change — not as a "deflection layer" hiding humans, but as a real first line of contact. So we set out to build that.

What we are building

We build two products: Nexora Voice for full-duplex telephony agents and Nexora Chat for context-aware messaging. Both run on the same orchestration layer. Both deploy in 30 days. Both bill by usage.
